I promised avoiding redundancy, not hyperbole--in this case, though, I'm not being hyperbolic, because George has done everything for me: got my lease turned around in 2 days, answered every phone call, answered every question when he could, and said he didn't know when he didn't. George was the first real estate agent I've ever worked with that actually earned their fee. If my mother needed a new place, I'd send her to George. I can't praise George enough. I was in a very bad situation and he landed me an apartment the same day. I then backed out of it because I found something else better suited to my budget. George was very graceful. A week later, as I'm moving in, the landlord backs out on a promise he made to me and the apartment was now unsuitable. I immediately called George and said "Help." He did. He landed me an apartment the same day, again! This one was a perfect budget fit.
